However to recap, this problem was not related to basic activation of a license - the license was activated just fine through the Unity Editor. However when running as a headless build through windows service, the Unity command line build using a script would launch a feature only available in Pro but a call to Application.

HasProLicense would return false and Pro level features like Async loading would not work in the generated build. Clearly this is inconsistent You must log in or sign up to reply here.
